Warranty: DOA. These chips are checked before they leave us. Unfortunately it is hard for you to check them without a VET with a scanning tool. Most vets will however scan your chip for free if you pop in anytime.
If the chip does not scan at your VET. I will send you another one no charge or refund you in full including the PUDO fee. The chip number will have to be marked as destroyed with Virbac

Packaging: Comes in sterile packaging direct from virbac plus additional wrapping from us. Packaging is rated for sterility till 05/2028 for current batch.

These microchips are incredibly easy to insert yourself. I will send you a video of how to do it and also walk you through the process over whatsapp if you need it.
If you are however in the Southern Suburbs area. You are welcome to stop by my home with your dog, cat, horse whatever you got. And I can do it for you as long as arranged in advance.

don't worry it's brain dead monkey simple to inject these microchips, and the needles are so sharp and thin most dogs and cats don't even know it's happening. Especially since it's very fast.

We donate regularly damaged stock to welfare organisations, are you registered with us? If not, DM me so that I can assist with the documents.

Hills decides which organizations get what stock (even though it is our warehouse damages which we pay 100% of the write off cost for). I can't promise when you will get but I always say to all organisations I see, just sign up.

we are relatively small in terms of how many dogs are just sitting around. We have a "try not to kennel policy"
Which works very well with foster arrangements and some staying with us briefly.
We actually have a very good re-homing rate unlike some of the big guys who keep dogs around for months/years which is sad.
So food is usually not an issue.
We do sometimes come down to Lakato and handle shipment of those donations to other orgs further away who are in more dire need.

We picked up about 400kg of catfood for another org called cat angels early this year and sorted out shipping it up to them.


the chips themselves we buy through one of our partner orgs up in JHB who get them from the official supplier up there.
Then we ship some down to CT for ourselves and some to our people in JHB.
