Value of 2 pc's

I've got 2 systems, I'm not looking to sell them quite yet but I need to purchase a car in the coming months so I will probably soon. I'm not sure what these 2 rigs are worth, so some advice on pricing would be greatly appreciated.

Warranty: 3 years on PSU, 1 year on AIO, SSD and RAM
