Toolless server case. 120mm fan included. Pretty nice case. Has toolless HDD rack, toolless sidepanels. Missing the 19" rackmount rails. Takes EATX motherboard size I believe.

Includes Intel intel s5000xvn motherboard, Socket 771 Xeon processor, Huge 120mm cooler (Similar to Hyper 212), 550W PSU. I cannot test any of the components, NO DDR2 FBDIMM RAM (I saw some here: [PIF] - Re Pif : Galaxy A8 shockproof cover / Intel stock 1700 cooler / Phanteks msi rgb strip/ Old server ram DDR2 | Pay It Forward).

It is a 6U case. Dont have the side rails for rackmounting.
It has 6x 3.5" bays (toolless clips), and 2x 5.25" bays and 1x FDD bay.
