I purchased the Media bridge/access point so that i can get maximum speed via Wifi. The B315 will only give you maximum 30-40mbps due it it being only 2.4ghz and being a 150mbps wifi router (It has gigabit Ethernet ports). With the access point you can get up to 90mbps throughput. You need to install the Poynting antenna on the roof (Bracket will be supplied).
The LTE AUP is as follows:
It is soft capped at 300GB then they half your speed
Past 350GB then they cut your speed to 2Mbps (Netflix still runs very well, Ive pushed it during the lockdown tp 400Gb and counting)
The monthly cost is R529.61.
You do not have roaming access nor 3G fallback. The onus is on you to make sure you have coverage
I need to also get clarity on transferring the account, from what i read they will make you sign a new AUP which i am not sure what it entails.
Only reason i'm selling is i am getting a 1gbps fibre line and kicking DSTV to the curb. I can only deliver/arrange or ship once the lock down has been lifted
FYI
