Supersonic have locked me out of my LTE router after around 27 hours of usage. stating that I need a approved router. Absolute hogwash as my current router works fine

Yips. Probably for LTE. They do specifically mention that supersonic approved routers can only be used for LTE, which are 4 in number. Huawei B618, Huawei B612, Huawei B525 and ZTE MF286 routers.
