Struggling to get money out of my paypal

Alright, as you fellas know, if you want to take your money out of paypal you need a FNB online account or bank account. Now, i did register a bank account for myself and tried to go through the process of linking my paypal with the bank account, but I ran into an obstruction. Apparently, I need to input a VAT number and TAX number to be able to do so. However, as someone who is basically unemployed, working odd jobs, selling stuff and doing some freelance work over the internet, I have neither of those.

My question is, is it possible to do it somehow without a VAT/ TAX number? And if it isn't, is there any other way to get money out of paypal? I'm thinking like sending money from a paypal wallet to some other type of wallet and with an easier withdrawl method. Like, when I was still mining crypto, Luno let me withdraw only by providing ID.

Any advice would be appreciated.

@f0Ri5 if you search paypal in carb, theres guys who buy paypal money for zar money removing any hastles that you have. All you would do is send them the paypal and they pay you for the $. It makes it easier on yourself @roryrens is one of those guys.
