Item Wanted: High end gaming lappy.
Packaging Essential: Would be nice.
Desired Age: Does not matter, but must have warranty left.
Location: Hilton, KZN
Willing to accept a shipped item: Sure. Will pay on arrival unless you got a really good iTrader.
Ballpark/Budget Amount: Around R30k, but can squeeze a bit more if the spec is sexy enough.
Once I find the right machine, I will be dumping my Dell 7410 Ultrabook and my desktop (i7-7700k, 32GB RAM, 3 x SSD, GTX1080), so both of these could be considered in a trade if you prefer.
Requirements. Please read.
1. A link. The number of laptops on sale here without a link is crazy. No link I move on, so please provide a link.
2. A price. Include this with the detailed description of the specs in your machine.
3. No Intel CPU with a U at the end. Ryzen 7/9 or Intel 11 gen "H" and >
4. Backlit keyboard.
5. Proper arrow keys. Not like this Dell ultrabook crap where the size of one key is both up and down.
6. Proper Home/End etc... keys. Not like this Dell ultrabook crap where I have to use a Function key to get to Home/End/Etc... I used these keys a LOT.
7. Min 1440p screen. 1080p simply won't cut it.
8. Min 15" but would prefer a 17".
9. Min 3060 GPU, but would prefer a 3070. 3080 would be cool, but not paying double just to get it. Will depend on price. 2070/80 may cut it too.
10. I know gaming machines suck with battery, but modern ones can do 6 hours (not gaming) which is my min requirement. This lappy must survive a few load sheds when working.
