WANTED: Efficient, Detail-Oriented Secretary for Accounting Firm
Our accounting firm is actively seeking a reliable and skilled Secretary to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional individual who is committed to working in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
Position: Secretary (Junior)
Location: Centurion, Pretoria
Job Type: Full-time (Monday-Thursday)
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answering and assisting clients with requests.
- Liaising with clients and business guests.
- Organising and maintaining files and records.
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, documentation, certification and other document handling.
- Providing a high level of customer service to clients, from the first point of contact over the phone and subsequent interactions.
Qualifications:
- Some secretarial experience, ideally within an accounting or financial environment.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- An ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload.
- High level verbal and written communications skills.
- Discretion with confidential information.
- Ability to work well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines.
- Grade 12 matriculation.
Remuneration: Starting at R5 000 plus commission
