I have a few German companies looking to hire me, however they need me to work remotely for about 3 months for probation times. Has anyone worked remotely to EU/Germany and what visas or EoR services would you recommend?
I know Germany has a Freelancer Visa that you can use for around 3 months outside of the EU, but not sure how that will work for contracted work. As for EoR services, I did contact Employer Of Record South Africa Remote Workers English Speaking but would like referrals to different EoR services if you have used any.
As for the work, I will be hired as a .Net Developer in Azure.
Any advice or experiences will be greatly appreciated.
