Can I recover coins that were delisted from an exchange?

Few things were delisted from my Coinfalcon account (they reckon they sent everyone an email) and I would like to see if I can recover it.
Anybody have any experience with this?

Bump!

Also this is the reply I got from Coinfalcon, any truth to this?

Hello, unfortunately, these coins have been delisted from our exchange a year ago and some of them 2 years ago. We sent all of the users an email to inform everyone before the delisting of the coins.

I'm afraid that the server supporting the delisted currencies has been removed, so we can no longer withdraw/transfer the funds that were removed along with the server. You may only retrieve the funds if we ever support the currency again in the future which we can't guarantee at this point. You may read more about our cryptocurrency removal policy from our terms page here: CoinFalcon – Buy and Sell Bitcoin, Ethereum | Cryptocurrency Exchange

From a financial perspective, this does not sound on (why must their server changes affect your coins) - the warning timeframe + single notification means is fishy.

Not sure how this applies to a crypto exchange but it has to be based on some logically formatted reasoning.

Yeah its sounds more like, well we've pinched your coins so deal with it.
I've read on other exchanges that it is possible to withdraw / extract the coins, its just not possible to trade with them obvs as its not supported anymore which I can understand.

But I know too little about the subject to argue with them, so hopefully someone with more knowledge on the subject can give me some guidance

Definitely (and sadly) does - what was the value of the coins & docs/requirements that you accepted before using their exchange?
