Thread URL: [PIF] - RE- PIF Xbox Series Controller | Pay It Forward
Item: MSI AM1 ITX Motherboard // Athlon 5350 // 4Gig RAM - Motherboard model unknown but it was build by MSI. I don't see it on the board or in the bios at a quick glance.
Age: Old
Warranty: Nope
Condition: Good working condition after some MacGyver'ing. Read below
Location: Any
Shipping: Sure on you.

I got it with a flat cmos battery and no cpu fan and one clip for the heatsink broken. I used some hardware screws and washers to fasten the heatsink then cable tied a standard small fan to the heat sink. The bios has good fan control so i set the target temps to 60 degrees and max fan speed to 50%. It runs cool and the fans isn't noisy. New cpu coolers seems isn't available any more, even universal ones don't list socket AM1

The cmos battery was a oem one with leads crimped to it leading to a connector so i soldering on a battery clip and used double sided tape to fix it to the back of the LAN port housing.

Even with a SSD it's pretty sluggish unless you run windows 7 so using it for a media server or a nas is probably best instead of a daily driver.

OR

I don't think this would be taken but if not taken in a few days then please change the PIF

Added a brand new 2000 piece puzzle worth R300 to R400 depending on where you buy. If it's not suitable or not taken i'll just get a voucher from somewhere and post that.

Potential dibs on the puzzle, just need to check on possible re-pif items my side before taking (y)
