Out of interest how have the lithium batteries fared in series connection like this?

Do they sometimes get to a point where you can't restart the UPS?

used it for the past year for my parents router during load shedding but now they also have solar

I have a ups with 16 lithium batteries running smoothly , i have no idea why some say, cannot connect is series, then some say can use up to 3 in series, then some say can scale indefinitely , im using el cheapos at R 800 each 8 AH and they been running great for 2 years now , i have only replaced 1 that kept going to 20 V causing the whole pack not to charge but after that 1 was swapped no issues what so ever
