2 Cards are available. One is operating and in good physical condition. The other has a broken fan, I have not tested either since I took them out of the PC they ran in. They both still worked (Jun 2017) even with the on having the busted fan. Used them in a factory scada system with outputs to 8 different monitors within the factory. Included:

• 4 LFH60-to-DVI dual-monitor adapter cables (1-foot)
• 8 DVI-to-HD15 connector adapters
