So ive been doing some troubleshooting because the system was giving me BSOD and the text was 'Memory management'.

It then stopped showing display and my mobo ez led debug was just a solid red and yellow light indicating cpu and memory.

I took out the ram and placed only 1 stick in and it worked and booted up.
I swapped that stick for the other one and tried and it booted up fine again.
I have now put both sticks in again hoping this would have worked but now it is giving the same result (no display, red and yellow led).

I have removed my gpu and am using the on-board to rule out that as a potential problem

I think I may have found the issue..

So I was not happy with roughly 75sec boot times when I first got this system (seems a common occurrence on AM5).

So i tried googling some work arounds and one of them was to enable 'Memory context restore' and people reported that helped speed it up a lot.
I used that setting for a while and it was faster (30 seconds boot).

After more digging it seems a lot of people are having the same issues with this on the platform and also getting BSOD as the memory becomes unstable (by skipping the retraining).

I've reset and restored those default settings.
Booting up takes like a minute and a half but hey, seems to be working.

P.S.
Do you think I could I have the wrong RAM by any chance?
In my bios I only see 3 XMP profiles and none of the AMD 'EXPO' ones?

Thanks in advance
