Hi there, unfortunately it doesn't as far as I can tell.

It came already installed in a Dell T7610 workstation that I bought second hand - and as far as I can remember it just has 4 display ports. The workstation was everything that was in the case - with no other accessories.

I got a P2000 two weeks ago so I took this out and thought I might see if I could get something for it.
