This screen can easily b overclocked.
I had it running 96hz without hiccups with just a few clicks in Nvidia control panel.

Cards I used with this screen over the years with a GTX 560Ti, GTX 660, GTX 760, GTX 770, GTX 780Ti, GTX 970, GTX 980, GTX 980Ti GTX 1080, and RTX 2060 Super.

Any card with DVI D will work with this screen.
Or just get an adapter to display port to fit any other card on the market 😁
