So my Corsair RM1000x PSU decided to die on me Sunday evening.

I ordered a replacement which arrived earlier today, however the cables that came with the new PSU are not sleeved and it looks a bit eh. The new one is 1000W from Super Flower. I have another 650W which is used in my server PC, also from Super Flow, which are sleeved. My question is, can the cables from the same brands be used Interchangeably? I do not want to kill my system.

To be honest your safest option is to contact the manufacturer, It sounds harder than it is.

As a rule of thumb, never use other cables from different modular PSUs, this is one of those cases where it might be possible - provided the manufacturer says its all good.

The answer is generally no, the pinouts (and cable thickness, important if you don't want to start fires 🙃 ) can vary between brand and even between models of the same brand. If it really bothers you, you'd rather get a set of custom cables made or buy the universal sleeved phanteks cable extensions from Wootware.

Cool thanks! Yea for the moment I opted to not possibly blow this shit sky high and just used the cables that came with the PSU. Will probably end up going to custom route. Shot.
