I'd prefer not to sell off my physical copies because some of them, like the 3 HD remasters, I paid about the same price as this bundle listing when combined.

I jainbroke my console just to back them up and maybe give rpcs3 a try, but I'd like to return to these games in the future some day with a super slim model and fully platinum most of them for my account.

No worries, you should maybe just be a bit more clear in the ad then that these are essentially pirated games on the console then.

They aren't pirated if I legally backed them up myself, and I'd consider the games as a bonus that I left on the drive if anyone wants it. But if it is a Grey area, I can remove the games and only include the console and controller.

Maybe a moderator can chime in on if this is ok?

So, jailbreaking stuff on here is allowed. It's not illegal, so we allow it.

The selling of pirated games, however, is not allowed. That's where this is interesting. These games are paid for, so they're not pirated, but unless the original copies go along with the console, you're not allowed to advertise them on here, because then they'd be pirated.

So, IMO, just take them off the ad.

Read what I said here. Take the list of games off the advertisement, and don't mention that they're included in the sale here.
