Pre-ordering an album not sold in RSA

Hi there fellow Carbies

I want to pre-order Fallujah's upcoming "Undying Light" album. They are with Nuclear Blast records.
If you have any experience with importing+pre-orders of music then please share.
I'm keen on the disk/shirt combo and while I know it will be dirt cheap on release; I (ironically) don't use any streaming services, so it's piracy or physical and I'll rip the 320kb files myself + immediately store the record in my collection.
