My daughter spilled water on pc top vent and gpu dead. The fans still spin on startup but no display

I have to note that 1st dibz will go to @Spaffy as he contacted me about the GPU when I had thread asking if this would be an ok item to PIF

A little dusty on the cooler and TIM was replaced with Coolermaster Mastergel Nano sometime in October last year
