Hi guys,
So i purchased a module from Ebay and upon testing the module is faulty as it picks up fine in the bios on its own as well as with other modules.
But as soon as the windows screen loads, windows crashes, this is on its own as well as with other memory.
My question is, would there be a supplier i could send it to for warranty etc as its supposed to have a lifetime warranty and its a brand new module.
I was going to send it back, but the problem is the supplier i bought it from says i can send it back, but then the courier fees etc are more than the module so he is not prepared to pay the costs.
So my thinking is if i can get it swapped then at least no extra fees as well as the doubt of swapping or reimbursing costs will fall away.
Any helpful suggestions please guys, immensely appreciated thanks....
The memory in question is:
