Hi everyone,

I recently bought all the components for a new 12th gen system from local Carbonite reseller Progenix @Oj0 but when I press the power button nothing happens.

I notice the BIOS flash button on the I/O flashes red when it it’s pushed so I think the PSU I bought is working. I also swapped out the PSU from my old PC but still nothing happens when pressing power on the case.

I hope I’m just making a stupid mistake somewhere but the disappointment is potent.

I’m wondering if maybe the Ram is the incorrect slots or the case power on switch isn’t working.

Will update thread shortly with pictures and my components.

Please any help will be greatly appreciated

Check your manual. There will be a group of about 10pins and the switch, reset and hdd power and led connectors go there.
Might be labeled on the board too

From the first pick the cables should go here - Mobo, you can see how they're supposed to be placed in your first photo it's labeled.

Will try the recommendation I see why I'm incorrect here and not reading the labels correctly lol.

Look like I might just be dumb will report back soon
