ran this gpu with a 400w PSU for 6 years & didn't have any issues with it - recommend psu is a 500w, needs 2x 6pin power connectors.

it has a mini-hdmi connection and 2x DVI connections - DVi-to-VGA will work as well as mini-HDMI-to-VGA
