Hi guys, please excuse my ignorance in this instance. Below are the inputs and outputs for both my ONT box as well as Router. Which mini UPS could I safely use to keep both powered for at least 2 hours?

The section that I would appreciate clarity on is the 0.2A/1.0A against the UPS I am buying. The majority of mini UPS voltages I can see is correct but the "A" reference throws me off.

ONT BOX:
Input: 100-240V - 50/60Hz, 0.2A
Output: 12.0 V = 0.5 A 6.0W LPS

Router:
Input: 100-240V - 50/60Hz, 0.5A
Output: 12.0 V = 1.0A 12.0W

Thanks in advance!

I am fairly certain that as long as the max output amp is more than needed, you can just get something that outputs 2 x 12V, like this one:

Got mine on special for R650 on OneDayOnly and works perfectly for router (12V 1.5A) and ONT (12V 1A).

Will keep router and ONT box on for 8 hours +-

EDIT: my router is 9V 0.6A so I got 1x 12v step up and 1x 9v step up

Also consider a 650/850va ups. For me its a better price value as you can change the lead acid batteries down the line when they give up.

Seeing as the AMP thing has been explained I'm throwing in our current setup for loadshedding as a suggestion. Easily keeps going for 2 sessions without needing to charge. Also has multiple voltage choices so it's safe for future upgrades if different voltages are required.

I have the same one and it's working so well. They also provide a splitter. Youtube video shows how to set it up.

Absolute champions. Thanks for all the suggestions and advice! I now have some great headway. Will update with an outcome by end of the week :)

Currently using two of these : Takealot
They have PoE for my Unifi UAP-AC-LR access points which is a big win.

One runs a basic little switch and an access point and lasts about 4 hours.
The other is running a basic switch (via USB), an access point, my fibre CPE and a Unifi USG-3 and only lasts about 2 hours.

Planning on getting a third to spread the load a bit.

I am clueless but hoping this does the trick for me for now:

Seems to have the necessary splitters and voltages I need for fibre plus router.

This unit comes with the 12v splitter cable (i see it was recommend above)

Also it will last for more than one cycle

It can also be used for POE for a AP

This for the guys that need 12v and 9v

I also have the Gizmo miniUPS 8800mAh. Works perfectly. Splitter cable is just a bit short so bought an extension to move router higher up for better wifi range. Lasts 2hrs+ easily. Don't think the battery level (LED's on the unit) ever went below 75% even after 2hrs. Had mine for 9 months, no problems.

tip. The cctv camera power pigtails can be used to extend the cables (split them etc)

regal etc sell these cheaply

i highly recommend these guys for alarm stuff( great customer service)

UltraLan Micro UPS also great. Lots of inputs

Just note on the Gizzu UPSs:
There's a version with a single output and a splitter cable, and a version with 2 separate outputs (and thus 2 separate cables).
I also found the splitter cable to be a bit short (although some would say average size)

2 Separate outputs:

Work got me this for my router and ONT. Works fine no issues.

You get a splitter cable with the UPS if your Router and ONT require the same voltage, which mine did.
