I really want to do another one.
But damn the work that's being piled onto me is insane.
Went to bed at 2am and was up by 6am to get to work by 7am. I feel like a walking slab of soulless meat and this won't change for the next two weeks. I have to finish my current plate of work by the 4th of December to start another big project that needs to be finished by the end of December.... soo yea. I'm screwed until next year.

No pressure, dude, work comes first. yoh, you are too busy. Is it difficult to host, I won't mind hosting one if we have the players but I don't have a clue what happens behind the scenes.

It's relatively easy once you have figured a system out that you can work with.

I used a spreadsheet on google drive to keep tabs on what was happening and who was who(A tab for players and their roles, Activity tab for who is doing what during the day and then the lynch and what the night actions are. Then a tab for the votes.

The story or backdrop is not entirely needed because you don't have powers or abilities beyond the ones given to you but it makes it a little bit unique and may make it a little bit more fun/funny.

There are a couple sites that have a list of roles, how they are generally played, their alignment and sometimes even give examples of broken combos and/or how to deal with it.
Sometimes the roles can go a bit insane. The one I almost included for this game was the "TFPTSLBOOIA" role. Which is abbreviated for "he Flying Pumpkin That Shoots Laser Beams Out Of Its Ass" which was a role created as a joke but on the extremely rare occasion they include it in games. It has multiple abilities with % chances to do things at night.

For the RNG killing I rolled a online dice which you can number yourself and then put those numbers against the player list and boom. RNG death roll.

Rules for amount of mafia to townies is roughly 4 townies to 1 mafia but that's just a guideline.
