This laptop was top of the range when purchased, all the extra's were added on at the time.
The logic board was also replaced last year due to some recall thing, and it has sat in the cupboard untouched ever since.

2.5GHz Quad-core Intel i7
8GB 1333MHz DDR3
750GB Serial ATA Drive @ 7200RPM

It was also inspected by a technician at Digicape last Saturday and given a thumbs up.

Late 2012 should be retina, but, there was no 2.5GHz i7 based model in 2012, this could be a late 2011 MBP, which wouldn't be retina, also if it has a 7200RPM drive and not a SSD, pretty much implies a non-retina MBP, so my guess is, it is a non-retina MacBookPro late 2011 and not 2012.

Hey all, so this is Late 2012 according to Digicape.
It had its logicboard, mb replaced late last year due to a warranty issue.

I don't think it is Retina display but I know nothing about Macs.

Okay, apologies for misinformation, Macbook is late 2011. Either digicape chap got it wrong or I just remembered wrong.
