Hi there
I had similar situation in obtaining the long screws for Corsair AIO cooler radiator. I bought a 8 set metric tap wrench set and use the M4 tap to re- tap the holes to M4 screws. The metric screws are easy available and i also use the same tap (m4) many times for other PC builds where the screws or threads are damaged
The Metric tap set comes in very handy and is also an investment or extension to your present tools
Trust you find this helpful

I don't really wanna modify the thread of the radiator for future sale purposes.

You can do what I did and go to your nearest Builders Warehouse. They sell M4 screws in different lengths if they are well assorted.
I had to get extra long M4 screws due to my rad being 60mm thick so the wall is not the same as per thin rads. Was short of just a few mm. I don't mind the silver screw heads, the fans fit and they work like a charm.

Ans the thread was the same? I'm worried about the radiator thread stripping

Take the screw with to match or even better do what I did, I took the RAD with me to ensure it fits properly without applying any damage to any thread.

Difficult to find in SA. Screws are 6-32 UNC, 30mm long

TitanICE sometimes get them in, but currently shows no stock...

Thanx man, yeah I saw they were out of stock. I'm luckily not in a hurry. If I don't get any by end of March I'll have to order on Amazon then

Get thinner screws at builders. I dont understand this issue. You wont find these exact screws anywhere

On Amazon they have screws.

I already bought multiple screws and the threads don't work. I took the original screws into 4 hardware stores and nobody had it. So unless someone has 12 of these they no longer using, I'll have to get it from Amazon

You can get a thinner screw with a nut. Still don't get it

Please explain how a thinner screw with a nut is going to work when attaching a fan to a radiator? Remember this is for pull part of the push/pull configuration of the fans on the radiator. Where exactly do I install the nut?

You don't really want to push a screw all the way through a rad... Like. It's probably fine. But it's a hairy moment when it goes through and you hope it doesn't somehow puncture a pipe.

This is, uh. Not speaking from experience at all...

I have a corsair radiator with fans. You are looking for a screw thats long enough and thin enough to go through the radiator mounting holes and fan mounting holes? And secure it with the nut that it comes with

Its literally aisle 4 in builders

I dunno what else to tell you. But then get it on amazon

Uploaded an image above. There are radiator fins just below the screws when installing the fans. So you telling me you screwed right through your radiator fins to get to the other side of your radiator when installing push/pull?
