Support Login Problem 2022

Late last year I sent you a few emails concerning my inability to log into the forums. I'm still experiencing that problem now even though the administrator reset my login details and my attempts to reset password also don't work.

My initial username/account was YAYO then I changed it to THA Y@Y, I think the problem started when I changed names.

Please advise because I'm not sure what do to anymore.

You've never reset your password or 2FA

You first need to reset the password using the link in the email and the setup 2FA.

I'll sent another password reset.
