My CPU cooling requirements are very low and I like a quiet rig, so I want a good cooler to run without a fan.
Best setup I ever had was a 4790 sitting under a big Thermalright cooler with no fans. Just the lazy air flow through the case from a 1x140mm intake and 1x120mm exhaust at low rpm was enough to keep the CPU comfortably cool.

get h60? why you want to go air?

Any of the bigger air coolers, like a Thermalright Archon, NOCTUA U14S, or bigger, will cool better than an H60 while being quieter. Half of the threads on Overclock.net point out that anything under an EK Predator won't perform much better than an air cooler, especially noise vs. Temperature. most AIOs are very poor value for money compared to air coolers.

100% and agree...had a noctua D14, and loved it, BUT my requirements is a clean looking not high performance cooler. That and they have the loops on special
