Laptop motherboard repair

, is there someone on here that does board repair ?
I have a laptop motherboard that has 2 small pins broken where the keyboard ribbon cable goes it

So the result is that these ( O P { L : " ) does not work , I can see where the copper connector is broken , just dont know how to repair it ?

What exactly is broken?

Is it the ribbon cable itself or the slot on the motherboard?
