We are Looking for a Junior Html/Support Technician to join a fast-growing and dynamic media and marketing services and solutions provider in the beautiful Paarl. You will be responsible for assisting the Clikit Media Support Team to manage and support or various products and services.
The ideal candidate is passionate about email and digital marketing, can think on their feet, is motivated, well presented, friendly and super-efficient at supporting clients and completing tasks. They thrive under pressure, enjoy being part of a team, and enjoy working in a fun, open environment.
Your main role will be that of technical support for clients, creating email compatible HTML and support clients on our various platforms.
Main duties and responsibilities:
• Complete tasks efficiently and accurately as supplied by client services.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure that task is completed correctly.
• Convert Photoshop mock-ups to email compatible HTML.
• Administrate our various systems which include: SMS, email signature, email newsletters, email archiving
• Support our clients on all the above systems.
• Remote Desktop Support, mainly configuring email on PC, Mac, Office 365 and Google Workspace.
• Report to the Head of ITC
Requirements:
• Excellent communication (written & oral) skills.
• Have excellent administrative skills and be able to multi-task.
• Proficient in photoshop and HTML coding (We offer inhouse training as it is a very niche market)
• Experience working with designers & support staff. (not essential)
• Previous exposure to bulk mailing, email signature systems ((not essential))
• Ability to build healthy relationships (clients and internal).
• Prior experience in Remote Desktop/Technical Support
The remuneration will be market-related, depending on experience. This is a permanent position based in Paarl. R10 000 – R20 000 per month.
