[Wanted] In need of someone who can repair an xbox one s -Cape Town Area

hi guys i heard from a friend i can ask on here to ask where and to who i can send in my cbox one s.
I woke up the one day wanting to play games and unfortunately nothing posted on my screen
I’ve trouble shooted everything and know its something to do with the hdmi.
It boots up when i reset the display settings it shows the xbox in 600x800 but cant put it into any other resolution.
If someone can help me find a person who knows how to repair this issue around cape town area , would really appreciate it!

I can take a look HDMI IC Encoder needs to be replaced. I am based in CPT
