(1 Year old, Immaculate condition, with original packaging, etc. Bought one of these a year ago, opened the box and it was BOA = Broken on arrival {the right side plastic clip was broken, which stops the right side from extending further out}, sent it back to the supplier in cape town and they sent me a new one immediately, had the RMA unit for about 7-8 months and the exact same thing happened to me again. I reported it to the supplier and told them that this is a manufacture defect and that it should be covered within the 3 YEAR WARRANTY and after all that struggle they just replied back saying sorry they cant help. sooo R1000 headset laying in my cubboard and I haven't got time to DIY something)
