The laptop is in perfect working condition and I am still using it, only issue is part of the screen on the right side sometimes 'switches off'.
It's definitely a screen issue, if you apply some pressure where the cable is for the screen the issue goes away. I've wedged a piece of cardboard where the cable is that's helped with having the whole screen on, sometimes the area just needs to be pressed slightly for it to go on completely. The vast majority of the time if you do it once then the screen will stay on without giving any issues.
