This unit is experiencing an issue with Windows update.

Read here. This problem occured on a clean install of Win 10 and Win 11 with a new SSD. I will do a clean install on a 500GB mech HDD and confirm.
For now i have disabled Windows updates via a powershell tool, but that is obviously not a wise thing to do
