Harddrive tech help for a noob

Hey folks, I'm wondering if there's anyone that can help me? I'm hoping to move my OS to a different SSD, I've tried but in so manage to break my SSD apart in 2 partitions and can't get it back together. So will need help with that too

I'll allow calling me a dumbass in the replies, I feel like one.

Its copied the OS but has made it into 2 partitions?

Best Free Partition Manager for Windows | MiniTool Partition Wizard Free use this to delete both partitions then reformat to ntfs,
after drive is formatted, and has full space use drive cloning software, look for free options it needs system cloning.

My go to for drive cloning is Macrium Reflect Free. It will even resize partitions to go down to a smaller SSD if there is enough space on the target to fit all the source data.
