Condition: Fair. Recently got couch/carpet cleaners out to service it. We wash the covers once a month as well. Its always been a 'soft' couch, but the inner/stuffing can probably be replaced, although its not needed. Spring on the faaaaaar left end (litterally the first one) seems to have popped off so slightly sagged seating there, but fine everywhere else.
