GPU WorX not sending my GPU to me.

Have you had a bad experience with GPU WorX?

Hi everyone. Has anyone had a bad experience with GPU Worx?

I sent my card in for repair a month ago and communication from their side has been very poor, I'm not sure whats going on, every time I phone Adrian he doesn't remember who I am, even though I've been speaking to him almost daily about sending my GPU to me. I keep having to explain the whole thing over and over again and he told me the card was sent to me and then returned, because apparently I didn't answer my phone, nobody tried to call me. Then the next day he says it wasn't sent yet, then suddenly it's back on the test bench, then it's back to "Remind me again what card it was and what price did we agree upon?"

I've been asking for an invoice to pay 2-3 times a day, everyday on whatsapp and through numerous phone calls, and he says sure he'll do it right now and then never does it, he says he'll send me tracking info too and then never does.

Did he just steal my GPU? Or what is actually going on? Because I trusted him based on all the good reviews but now I'm starting to think it's all a scam, unless if I get some real confirmation that my card will be sent to me, and actually get an invoice so I can pay him, then I will have to escalate further.

GPU Worx is just 15 minutes away from me, and I visited his shop recently.

I must say, he is very busy, and it seems that everything is run solely by Adrian with no additional help.

I had three graphics cards serviced there, and everything went smoothly for me.

However, it is a bit strange that you have to keep reminding him all the time.
 
Which section do I post in then? I am not Carbonite guru

Thank you for the reply man. I can understand he's busy, but I feel kinda disappointed and disheartened that I'm trying to hard to get a straight answer out of him and the wait is getting longer, I need the GPU quite urgently. Hopefully he sends it soon.
