I recently built up a PC for photo editing and I have a 4k monitor that does 60hz 4k over DP only, and I'm looking for a decent card for around 3k. I don't need to do crazy 4k gaming, so anything decent enough to be worthwhile and worth the cost.

Cape Town preferred.
