The following DLC's are currently free from STEAM AND ORIGIN :

Unfortunately I don't have a link to the Origin page as you have to claim it via the Origin App and Ea is doing away with Origin very soon. You will need to download the EA App soon. I haver personally claimed it via the Origin App for free.
