Nvidia - Zotac GTX1060 6GB AMP Edition
NOTE - The card works 100% only problem is the plastic frame holding the two fans came loose \ broke off from the actual heatsink.
I am sure there will be someone out there that would be able to glue this back together or come up with a way to mend it again.
I just dont have the time & energy to attempt to fix it as I have not been using it for quite some time...
