I have 2 x Gigabyte RTX 3080Ti Gaming OC and 2 x Gigabyte RTX 3080Ti Eagles for sale, they come with a balance of a 2 year warrantee.
These cards was used to mine Primarily Ergo so that the cards don't run too hot. The Gaming OC's temps never went over 65/70 degrees but the Eagles will need the heatsink pad's replaced as the used lower quality pads.
