So a question for those well versed in this business of custom sleeving, with having a desk PC I don't want stock cables being seen! I am willing to sleeve the cables myself, so hence the question of: Am I voiding the warranty by altering the OEM cables?

think this is really going to depend what you mean by sleaving the cables.
im sure if you taking the bunch of cables say the 24pin and put a sleave around them you wont be affecting the warrantee as they have not been altered.
if you try to do individual cables and sleaving them, then I think youll have some issues as you going to have to remove them from their connector to sleeve them individually.

Wanting to individually sleeve each cable, so it would mean removing the original sleeving.

agree with @solz on this one

don't think it is as much the actual sleeving that is the problem, but more so the fact that you are removing the connectors so then the de-pin process could possibly be done incorrect by you leading to faulty wiring

why not just make a sub "floor" under which you can store the stock cables and then just make extensions?

much easier and also can later do color changes and so on

Very clever!
Will include that in the render/designs now!
I understand on their behalf!
I was planning on doing it individually.

Thanks guys!

maybe something like this if you planning rgb

else

- individual sleeving would definitely have voided if, but then only I they find out somehow..
Agreed, and EVGA send with 3 sets of Cables for the main components.
Have managed to find everything to build my own set though, only can get connectors in white though (will raid off all the old PSUs I have for black ones) and can only buy 30m of the wire at once.

PM if you want to know the total cost, if you are dedicated and willing to do it yourself then yeah, but otherwise I'd just buy ready made/custom ones, but I want my own theme.
Obviously there is huge risk involved here, so there's that too.

Edit: Not wanting to hurt our custom modders on here who do this for a living...
