I am thinking of purchasing a cheap 4k TV (something like a TCL or Skyworth) for my folks as they currently don't have a TV but there already is a DSTV HD decoder (model 4U), I think it defaults to a 720p resolution. I am not sure if it does have the capability to output 1080p. Which option would be a better approach between the two:
1. DSTV HD Decoder + 4k TV (TCL/Skyworth)
OR
2. DSTV HD Decoder + 1080p TV (Samsung/Hisense/LG)
Thanks 😄
