I have the same set of skills and use them in my side hustle for fun. Reach out to companies and offer it as a service. Go on google maps and type in a niche like Gym or Spa, and then reach out to boost their SEO performance or help with ads. It will take many rejections but in about 6 months I got around 22 clients.
