Support Creating Posts

Good Day,
I am still new to Carbonite and would like to create a post to ask fellow Carbonites a question about a problem I have with my Keychron keyboard.
I can't find a section to create a community post to ask this question, and everytime I click on the "Peripheral" option when I click "New Thread", it creates a sell window for me. I don't want to sell the keyboard though.
Any help or guidance will be appreciated.
