Corsair H150I 360mm AIO in Pull configuration my i7 9700k still spikes to 75c degrees with AVX off and on stock clocks, is this normal?

Morning off. Anyone else have a Corsair H150i cooler that is experiencing high temps when stressing the CPU i7 9700k. I think my CPU is just running hot and the cooler is doing its job but I would like to hear what thermals you get with the H150i Cooler? Any feedback and advice would be much appreciated. While gaming I get an occasional spike to 76c degrees but my ambient temperature was 29c degrees so it was very hot.
