Okay, so there's been a heavy price drop because I seem to have lost one of the bolts needed to mount the cooler. I also can't find the USB cable for the cooler head. I did see that everything is purchasable on AliExpress for R190, including shipping, but it's just going to take some time to get here. So if someone is interested in the cooler as is, just let me know.
