component price advice

Hi Ladies and gents,

I would like to get your input regarding pc parts that is available to me for purchase i just want to find out what is a fair price to offer for the components

Components are as follow:
CPU: i9 7th gen
Motherboard: not sure on model but its a socket 2066 (how hard would it be to get a replacement board if needed)
Memory: 16 GB DDR4 Ram
CPU Cooler: H50 Corsair Liquid cooling
PSU: Corsair 1200watt
Graphics card: GTX980 TI

Any input would be appreciated
Would just like to know what a fair offer on them is

Which CPU exactly? They range from 8 cores for the i9.
What speed is the RAM and what brand? What is the layout? 4x4 or 2x8? 2x8 on a quad channel platform is silly.
H50 is not even close to being enough to cool a CPU on that platform.

From my questions I would wager the system is haphazzrdly assembled and you would be better off finding something else. Unless thats a 7980XE.
