I bought two for seeds - but my dad called me on the weekend (gave one to him, he's an ex-farmer - still grows product for farmers) - told me I need to cut it open as they go mouldy inside if left to dry out - which destroys the seeds.

SO.... decided to cut out the seeds - and eat the flesh Wasn't as hot as I expected - but still #$%#$%# hot - I'd imagine with seeds it'll be a killer.
